White Christmas

As a child growing up, Mum and I would always make White Christmas. As a child I would be in charge of the mixing and Mum would heat the copha. When the hot copha was poured over the rice bubbles it would make a crackling noise, which would signal the commencement of Christmas for the children in the household, with Christmas music playing.

The recipe was a favourite of my Dad’s as he had the sweetest tooth in the family.

White Christmas is a great gift idea and would be enjoyed by all.

The favourite recipe is from the Women’s Day The Merry Christmas Book, published1987.
